WHAT THE HELL IS KOMBUCHA?
I have been asking myself that question for years. I have heard about if of course, but never took a moment to learn about it. There are so many “odd” foods out there. It’s almost impossible to know about them all. Kombucha always seemed odd and out of reach to me.🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
I always confused it with #matcha. Although the have some similarities, they are different food options. 😅😅
I took my most recent chance to try kombucha. And boy, was it tasty❗️❗️
So, what is it? Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage. It is typically served cold and comes in multiple flavors. The flavors typically include fruits, vegetables, spices, and/or herbs. Kombucha can taste sweet, savory, or even have a kick.
What makes this fermented tea so special? Why is it such a trendy drink option?
Kbucha offers several health benefits:
